Chilli (served with Corn Bread)
Adapted from Healthy Eating for Two
- 450 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- secret spice blend
- 1/2 Ramiro Pepper
- 2 carrots
- 2 small potatoes
- 5 cups Marigold broth
- 200g (1 jar) biona tomato paste
